Luka Rocco Magnotta is the prime suspect in the horrifying murder mutilation that grabbed the attention of Canadians this week. The crime was brought to light when a staff member at the Conservative Party headquarters in Ottawa opened a mailed package that contained a severed body part that was decomposing.
Magnotta certainly sounds like a first class monster who deserves all he gets but as always we will have to wait for justice to run its course. What sentence would be appropriate if he is found guilty of all charges is hard to say. Many of us would have many ideas but few would come within the remit of a Canadian court of law.
As for the website owner what will be justice in his case?
